The Inisheer: high D whistle
The Bunch of Keys:  A classic Uilleann pipe tune, Johnny and Felix Doran stuff, I like this version I've come up with on the whistle:
The Blarney Pilgrim: This is a nice 3 part irish jig, I have heard it played mostly as a whistle tune.
The Baltimore Salute:  Seumas Egan played this on the whistle, I wrote this setting for the big pipes: it's a short, but pretty 2 part reel, composer unknown:
